Liz Ahn
Bio: Elizabeth Ahn uses painting and sculpture to explore the futility of language and exchange. Domestic symbols and readymade objects investigate the psychology of anxiety, humor, and relationships in the space of daily life. Ahn has exhibited in Los Angeles and New York in group shows organized by her peers and attended institutions. Her recent solo show with BozoMag was an outdoor, nighttime installation on a mountainside in Mt. Washington, Los Angeles. Born in Los Angeles, Ahn received a MFA from Columbia University and a BA from UCLA. She lives and works in New York City.
