Adam Liam Rose
Bio: Adam Liam Rose (b. 1990 / Jerusalem) makes sculptures, videos, and installations that investigate the aesthetic systems of power within architecture. Rose’s projects are research-based, often drawing inspiration from political realities in Israel and the United States. He is interested in ideas around artifact, “history” and collective memory, and how these distinct categories coalesce into feelings of place or “placeness.” Rose received his BFA degree in 2012 from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in Fiber & Material Studies.
